Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes!

Nothing too tricky about this, except when you're done brace yourself for the kids to FLIP OUT over how cool they think this is.

Here's how it's done:
Mix up your cupcake batter just like you normal. Fill plain ice cream cones half full with the batter- Bake them in a cupcake pan.  Baking time was exactly what it should have been for regular cupcakes.  They look like this when they come out of oven.
Get your little helpers to help you top them.  I used an icing attachement that I thought looked spot-on perfect for how the ice cream comes out at DQ.
My daughter pracitced on normal cupcakes a few times-- head's up-- the cones like to tip over.
