china hutch into armoire


This is something I did last year but am just posting now. It's one of my favorite things. If there was a fire I'd grab up a bunch of kids, a blind pug and then strap this to my back.
It used to be a tired old china hutch with a $5 price tag languishing at a garage sale.

I added a quart of red Rustoleum high-gloss paint and switched out the knobs...AND most importantly, I painted the glass so it reads as wood.
